Parents/Guardians should complete the Activity Registration at this site.

Have you previously registered a student on this site?

Click Family Account Login. Log-in with the username and password you created during your first registration.  If you have forgotten your ID or password, please contact Mrs. Dressler at (570)966-8246 or by email at miffad@mifflinburg.org.

Once logged in, you may click on the ‘Register’ dropdown and register an existing student or add a new student to your account.

Is this your first time registering a student for MHS Athletics?

Choose 'Activity Registration' under the 'Registration' menu at the top of this page. You will be asked to complete personal information, agree to a few district policies, and acknowledge the receipt of some pertinent information. Completing and submitting ALL of the required information will inform the athletic director of your intent to play a district-offered sport.  At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to create an ID and password.  Please save this information for later use.  

NOTE:  Athletes must have a current physical exam on file in the Athletic Director's Office. Parents, Athletes and Doctors must complete Sections 1-6 of the PIAA CIPPE forms, available at the Mifflinburg High School Athletic Office & Middle School Office and must be dated after May 1 leading up to the current school year.
